I've ran through probably four different pool companies prior to being turned on to Perfection Pools LLC. All of them started strong but ended up cutting corners. Other companies charged more for equipment repairs with something always not working correctly. I used to spend way too much time on the phone bitching about the work. Before P. P. LLC, my pool at best looked mediocre. I'm extremely grateful for their honesty and dedication to detail.

We are new to pool ownership. After reading online reviews, we decided to contact Perfection Pools to help us out. We were so impressed by their timely response and professionalism. Tim came out and gave us “pool school” to show us the basics and explain how the weekly service they provide would work. If there is a schedule change, they always provide ample notification. If we ever have an issue, we send a text and receive a prompt reply and can usually get added to the schedule if necessary.
